GREEN MIDI SKIRT

SPRING WITH SHEINSIDE A happy outfit for a happy day! Here in Holland you can feel the start of the spring which makes everybody so happy! Really, the terraces are getting overloaded and fresh drinks are never dull. And with this warm and sunny weekend coming it will be only more! How is that in your country? Do you already feel the spring vibes as well? Or maybe the opposite.. Tell me! I would love to hear. But because of the spring that is coming slowly our way, I thought it will be so good to celebrate it with a special outfit post! A spring outfit I should call it. Because there isn't a better thing than midi skirts and happy colors for this season! 

That's exactly the subject I want to talk about with you, the midi skirt. You all know it's a trend for a few seasons now, same for this coming season. But I've to admit that it is a hard item to wear. Normally you'll think that short skirts will make your legs look longer or if you wear a very long skirt you will look longer at all. Besides this, most of you will also think that the midi skirt will make you look shorter. Normally I would say that's true! Yes, it is a hard length but believe me, with the right tips and tricks you'll definitely rock it! And I will give you these tips and tricks!  

I hope you see it the same way like me, I don't look any shorter than I normally do in pictures. Okay, I'm just very tall at all but of course some things will make me look shorter while this midi skirt really don't. If you aren't that tall I can give you the best tip ever, but you will probably do it already, wear heels! Your legs will look so long with wearing heels and it will make every outfit complete, same for the midi skirt. But not anyone can walk on these beauties. I have to admit that I have the same problem with some heels. Than, go for a cute pair of flats. If you keep the attention on the skirt and not the shoes you'll also look longer. But, choose for a good matching pair! Like some nude ones for this skirt, like I did with the heels. 

Besides the shoes it's important to have a good match with what you're wearing above it. If you're wearing it with flats, keep it simple. Don't layer too much but chose a good top or shirt that is a little wider and put it into the skirt. It will blouse a little and that is the effect you want! If you chose for something thigh, you definitely have to wear heels. Than you'll look the longest! And yes, a good jacket will go perfect with it! Chose for a cool and shorter one for the best effect. Is it still a little too cold? Go for one which is as long as the skirt is or maybe even longer. Definitely not shorter!!

MADE BY THE NECKLACE Hi loves, for today I am very happy to share a new outfit post with you! The sun is shining, the birds are tweeting and it feels like spring outside. And that is exactly how my mood is today! Bringing it to a black and white outfit I just had to add a colorful necklace which made the picture perfect! The necklace is one of the new things I've received lately and I believe it's really perfect for the spring and summer. I adore the green and blue color combination with of course the shiny diamonds. As a huge lover of statement jewelry I really think this one will be one of my new favorites for the coming season. I got the necklace from Oasap, you really should check out there shop. BLUE AND THE JACKET

OASAP AND SHEINSIDE Happy Sunday beloved ones! Hope you're having a fabulous weekend! It's time to share this outfit with you which I've been so excited about. When I got home from this amazing holiday we had there were two different parcels wating for me with some great new items! Let's start with the first item, the shirt from Oasap. The spring is finally coming our way so that means it's time to wear some more happy colors! When I saw this light blue / baby blue shirt I just fall in love, literally. I think, besides the color, it's just great. Like the small look through detail which is just the perfect spring/summer trend! I adore it! Besides this amazing shirt, I also got this great colorful necklace which I'll show you in another post :). 

Then going to the jacket, which is perfect for spring as well for autumn and for a not so cold winter. I really adore the combination of black and white here. The woolen jacket comes perfect to his rights this way! And more fun news, besides this amazing jacket I got something more to show you! The best breakfast in the world is in Austria. Just can't get enough from this delicious fruits and birger-muesli! Now we have enough energy to ski all day in this beautiful sunshine! #letsgo

What a beautiful day! After this snowy white morning we didn't expect this beautiful blue sky with sun and oh my, we loved it so much! This will be an awesome week full of skiing!

INSTA INSTA INSTA Hi loves! If you might follow me on Instagram (and if you didn't yet you can do it by clicking here) you may have seen these photos from our holiday which are definitely my favorites! By seeing these photos I've got butterflies in my stomach because I love the snow and mountains so much. Not even because I'm the best skier or something, because I'm not haha. Well, I can ski and come down the piste very well but I'm not a professional. Actually I am far away from that! But Paul is a very good skier and my parents too so one of them always try to teach me how to ski good. I don't know what it is but I've that problem that I just can't bend my legs.. As a kid I could ski very good but when I started growing very fast there happen something wrong with my legs I think so. No matter hard I try, they're most of the time straighten.. But that doesn't matter for me, I've fun in doing this sport and we had an amazing week!

Maybe you don't ski at all or you live in the mountains and ski all day (than you may ski much better than me ;P). Anyway, I hope I have given you a nice interpretation of my holiday and enjoyed the photos. For tomorrow's post I've a new outfit which I'm so happy to share with you!
