BACK TO THE FUTURE

WITH DRESSLILY SKIRT Hi guys! So, after a week full of things to do I've finally time to blog! Also last weeks weather was hell so I couldn't shoot. It was raining all the time and I am always getting so sad of that kind of weather. Please give me just a little bit more sunshine!! But finally it was better today, that means time to shoot my new things! I've to many exciting new outfits I want to share with you so there will definitely come more! Let's start with this outfit. Today I received my package from DressLily, another new shop-addiction for me. This online boutique sells great fashion items for everybody's budget and fashion-taste. In the order I received three things but there are two things showed in this post, the other one is a surprise (not if you follow me on Instagram, check it out for a sneek-peak to see what is coming this weekend!). For this post I am talking about this great black voile skirt and cute little hair bow. Making a shopping choice this time was a little bit easier because when I saw this pieces I just must have them. They're perfect for now and you can combine them in so many different ways!

For this post I tried to make a Brigitte Bardot look from the 70's. Back to the 70's means also back to the future, because in fashion nothing is getting to old. To make this outfit I stole my mom's soft pink sweater, and it goes perfect with this amazing skirt which I already love so much. Really guys, you'll definitely see me more in this one! Actually, I think I have to wear skirts more often, I really like them but in my daily life I most of the time go for a simple jeans (I need to be more fashionable during my days home!). So this skirt is a good beginning. When the outfit was complete I needed to do a matching make-up and hairstyle. I chose for a cat eyeliner, soft lips and big hair! My mom was helping me with this because I am so bad with doing hairstyles by myself. I think she did a great job with this cute hairpin and she totally made this outfit complete for me!
So guys, if you have nothing to do this weekend, run to DressLily.com and find the perfect item for you. I'm sure you will love it! Happy weekend from the rainy Netherlands! XX

Sweater: Red Valentino
